Kathy Jager is a twenty-nine year veterans in cosmetology with a diverse background in education, writing and business. Happily married with two daughters whom both will enter the beauty industry on different paths. Her career history of licensed Instructor, Salon Owner, stylist, independent salon owner, competitor, retail specialist, educator /design team member for ISO and Zottos Corporation has given her the wisdom and the tools to develop her life as an entrepreneur.

She is an active Board member of Cosmetologist Chicago and 3x scholarship winner.  Kathy is a vivacious, creative self-starter who strives to remain current in the industry's progressive path by taking the challenges and adding new horizons to her journey.
