Kelly Hoffman has been in the Cosmetology industry since 1989. Before joining Great Clips in 2003, she worked at a full service salon where she became a Master Barber.

In 2004, Kelly grand opened and managed the Great Clips Hamilton Marketplace salon.  That same year, Kelly won first place at the Great Clips Hair Cutting Competition in Minneapolis. She represented Great Clips as a Technical Representative at the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago.

In 2005, Kelly joined Great Clips Inc as an Education Specialist. She is currently responsible for the training of all new Great Clips stylists in the New York, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Washington, DC and Baltimore markets. Kelly is often asked to judge competitions for Great Clips. She has worked at judging Skills USA on the state and local level.
